The IRBIS Publishing House (IRBIS LLC) is the founder and publisher of highly rated peer‑reviewed journals: “Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproduction”, “PHARMACOECONOMICS. Modern Pharmacoeconomics and Pharmacoepidemiology”, “Epilepsy and Paroxysmal Conditions”, which are leading academic journals in their respective fields (Scopus, Q3 Citestore).

In an effort to expand its competencies and expertise in publishing high‑quality peer‑reviewed journals, the IRBIS Publishing House became a member of the Russian Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers (RASEP) in 2017.

In 2019 the IRBIS Publishing House became part of the Institute of Preventive and Social Medicine. This created synergy, as the focus on conferences and webinars for doctors was strengthened, which opened up prospects for multi‑channel communication and digital marketing. There was a significant increase in the readership, with a growing share of content customers who accessed the material via mailing list and social media for doctors.

In 2023, the peer reviewed “Journal of Medical Rehabilitation” was founded.

Since 2023, the journal has been indexed in Dimensions, Google Scholar, Lens.org, Open Alex, the Scientific Electronic Library (SEL) eLibrary, and the Russian State Library (RSL).

Since 2024, the journal has been indexed in RusMed.

Since 2025, the journal has been indexed in the VINITI Electronic Catalog of Scientific and Technical Literature.

Since 2025, the journal has been included in the Unified State List of Scientific Publications (USLSP) - the “White List,” which is a list of academic journals that should be used to assess the performance of scientific organizations. The journal has been assigned Level 3.
