Хроническая форма БНЧС значительно снижает качество жизни пациентов, нередко сопровождается осложнениями психологического характера, требует медицинского вмешательства и проведения продолжительной реабилитации. В обзоре рассмотрены патофизиологические основы хронической БНЧС, приведена классификация методов реабилитации, дана оценка эффективности и безопасности их применения. Обобщены результаты систематических обзоров, метаанализов и исследований, посвященных изучению отдельных методов реабилитации и их механизмов действия. Представлены практические рекомендации для клиницистов, которые ведут пациентов с хронической БНЧС на восстановительном этапе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Non-specific low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common conditions that significantly affects a person's daily activities. Chronic LBP negatively impacts the quality of life of patients, often is accompanied by psychological complications and requires medical intervention with a lengthy rehabilitation program. This review studies the pathophysiological reasons underlying chronic LBP, presents a classification of rehabilitation methods, and evaluates effectiveness and safety of their use.
